The Ultimate Custom Night steam page was released on the 9th June of 2018, with the game released 18 days later. Ultimate Custom Night was originally meant to release as an addition for Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator, and was planned to release on July 5th/August 8th, 2018, but was moved to.

Five Nights At Freddy's creator Scott Cawthon has just released a brand new game in the series, and it's a neat, customisable take on the classic survival horror formula. Dubbed Ultimate Custom Night, the free instalment allows you to populate your playthrough with a selection of 50 animatronic characters.

Described as 'the ultimate FNAF mashup', you'll be stuck in an office haunted by living (and violent) animatronics, but it's a bit different this time. Of the 50 available characters (all of which have appeared in earlier FNAF games), you'll be able to drop them into the game and set their difficulty level (which ranges from 0 to 20). 'From your office desk, you will need to manage two side doors, two vents, as well as two air hoses, all of which lead directly into your office,' reads the Steam description.
The description continues: 'This time you will have to master other tools as well if you want to complete the ultimate challenges, tools such as the heater, A/C, a global music box, a power generator, and more. As if all of that weren't enough, you'll also need to set up laser traps in the vents, collect Faz-Coins, purchase items from the prize counter, and as always, keep a close eye on not one, but two, Pirate Cove curtains!'

Ooft, those pesky Pirate Cove curtains.

There's a challenge menu featuring 16 themed challenges, voice acting, and unlockable office skins and cutscenes. As I mentioned before, it's completely free. Here's a trailer:

In Ultimate Custom Night, the audio noise level indicator plays a very important role. You will find it in the lower left corner of the screen, as shown in the picture below

It shows how loud it is at the moment in the office. The louder the noise, the higher the interest of sound-sensitive animatronics such as Music Man. Unfortunately, it is impossible to operate without making any sounds. Any activity, such as closing a door, causes a temporary increase in the noise level. Even such a basic element as the fan generates a noise at a certain volume on the desk. If you turn it off, the temperature increases, which increases the speed of another group of animatronics, such as Freddy. Therefore, the best solution is to switch the fan off continuously and switch it on again when the temperature reaches approx. 80. This will avoid the anger of both groups of animatronics.

Nightmare Music Man

Animatronics such as Phantom Mangle are also a major danger. They do not kill, but if you don't drive them away, they will start to make noise in your office. At this point, the noise level indicator will be high, which may cause an attack of sound-sensitive animatronics.

Controls For Ultimate Custom Nights

The only part of the game that does not affect the noise level is the global music box. You can activate it by pressing the button on the monitor. The noise level indicators do not change after it has been activated. However, music will start to play throughout Pizzeria. It calms down some of the animatronics, eliminating the chance of their attack. This type of animatronics includes, for example, Chica. Unfortunately, a global music box increases power consumption.
