Store app doesn’t load or open

Fix 1
Step 1: Open Command Prompt as administrator. To do so, type CMD in the search box and then simultaneously press Ctrl + Shift + Enter keys.
Alternatively, type CMD in the search box to see Command Prompt in the search results, right-click on the Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator option. Windows store app crashes.

Once the command is executed, close the Command Prompt window. You should now be able to open and load the Store now.

If the Store is not opening even after applying the above fix, creating a new user account might resolve the issue. This is because, all modern apps, including the Store app, work great on a newly created user account.
